At month end, reconciling payroll for individuals governed by an EBA, working
across multiple sites, can be a challenge. This process is time consuming, often requiring multiple people working overtime over multiple weeks. At CCR, we developed a custom data solution using Python and other coding languages, which reduced the payroll reconciliation time to just a few minutes each week.

Identified 100,000+ key documents held in Aconex that were relevant to particular key issues. Summarised and categorised the documents to prepare a chronology – based on the key areas of categorisation – in preparation for a potential adjudication submission. This is now a common everyday practice for CCR, thus reducing client bills.
