As part of our commitment, we created a professional competence-based development program, which has been accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). The RICS is a global leader in advancing knowledge, upholding standards, and inspiring professionals in the built and natural environments, that sets qualifications, independently regulates chartered professionals and firms, and builds trust with clients and consumers.

The RICS has been a driving force throughout the careers of all of CCR’s directors, and it is recognised by CCR, and it’s director’s, as being the global gold standard when it comes to the training and development of construction and engineering professionals.

Being a regulated firm under the industry respected “Regulated by RICS” designation shows our clients (local, national, and international) that we can be trusted to deliver a high standard of service against a globally recognised standard.
