Our Solutions

Secondments

Secondments involve temporarily assigning staff from Contract and Commercial Resources Pty Ltd to work within a client’s organisation. This service provides clients with access to specialised skills and expertise for a defined period. Seconded staff can help manage contracts, provide training, or support specific projects, offering flexibility and additional
resources to meet client needs.

Progress Claims

We offer services for preparing, submitting, and managing progress claims, to ensure that our clients are paid for the work completed throughout the duration of a project. Our team can verify the work done, measure quantities and prepare the necessary documentation to support the claims we prepare. Through this service, CCR can ensure financial security and maintain cash flow or the project.

Contract Variations

The CCR team also handles contract variations by documenting, pricing, and negotiating any changes to the original scope of work defined in a contract and manages any changes to the scope of work. Effective management of contract variations is crucial to ensuring that all parties agree on the changes and that contractors are fairly compensated for additional work or adjustments.

Remeasurement of Final Accounts

CCR assists with re-evaluating and verifying the work that is complete at the end of a project. Our remeasurement service ensures that the final account reflects the actual work done and materials used, providing an accurate basis for final payments. It helps to resolve discrepancies and ensure that all parties are satisfied.

Final Accounts Settlement

We can reconcile payments, claims, and variations, and any other financial transactions from the project to agree on the final amount that is due under the contract upon completion of the work. CCR aims to reach mutually agreed settlements at contract close out.

Cost Audits

We conduct comprehensive audits of project incurred costs to ensure that they are accurate, reasonable, and in compliance with the contract terms. Cost audits help identify discrepancies and potential overcharges, whilst also reviewing the financial performance of the project.

Bid Evaluation

Bid evaluation is the process of assessing and comparing bids received from contractors or suppliers in response to a tender. This involves analysing the bids for compliance with the tender requirements, evaluating the cost and quality aspects, and recommending the best value option. This service helps clients make informed decisions when awarding contracts.

Contract Negotiations

Contract negotiations involve discussions between the contracting parties to agree on the terms and conditions of the contract. This service includes negotiating prices, delivery schedules, payment terms, and any other contractual provisions. Effective contract negotiations aim to achieve a fair and balanced agreement that protects the interests of all parties involved.

Tender RFQs

Tender RFQs (Request for Quotations) involve preparing and managing the process of soliciting quotations from suppliers or contractors for specific work or materials. This includes drafting the RFQ documents, managing the distribution to potential bidders, and handling any queries or clarifications. The service ensures that the tendering process is competitive and transparent, leading to the selection of the most suitable bidder.

Risk Management

Risk management in contract administration involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with a project. This service includes developing risk management plans, monitoring potential risks, and implementing strategies to minimise their impact. Effective risk management ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
